1) Bonus Value (BV)

All commission calculated under the International Compensation Plan will be based on a value known as Bonus Value (BV).
BV points are valid for commission calculations for a period of one year from the date any subscription package is sold.

Commission earned is based on sales of products by yourself or members of your sales team and not on the recruitment of people.

As an ID, you will receive a Business Center in the SkyQuestCom Network.

Every member in your team who starts their Business Center will do the same.
This process will continue and the business centre will grow and this is referred to as sales “legs” or “downlines”, growing on the left and right sides of your business center with no limitation to their depth.

1) each and every subscription sale produced by you or your webpage.

2) Direct Bonus (BV)

An Enhanced Leverage Bonus of US$25* can be earned when personal + team sales accumulate 200 BV on each side, forming a pair of Sales.

4) Leverage Bonus

After your first 100 pairs of Enhanced Leverage Bonus you will begin to earn Leverage Bonuses.
Note that a Leverage Bonus is not the same as an Enhanced Leverage Bonus because what used to be 1 pair of subscription sales is now equivalent to 3 sales on the left and 5 sales on the right or vice versa. Instead of calling it a “pair”, we now call it 1 “Step” or “3:5″ or “5:3″.

Each business centre has a payout cap of USD2,000 per day and the maximum company payout per day is 68.75% of global BV(excluding India and Bhutan).
The company payout includes Direct Bonus.

Qualification Criteria for Earning Leverage Bonuses

Stage 1 : Within the 1st 100 pairs of Enhanced leverage + 1st Cycle of Standard leverage, a centre will need to have 200 PBV within the past 1 year to qualify for commission
Stage 2 : After Stage 1 above, a center will need to to have 400 PBV within the past 1 year to qualify for commission

5) Leadership Bonuses

This Leadership Bonus rewards leaders with a percentage of Global BV (excluding India and Bhutan), divided among the qualifying leaders at each level proportional to cycles.

ID must achieve 800 PBV and 1 commission cycle every month to be eligible for Leadership Bonus. Only Area Director level and above will be qualified for the bonus pool. The bonus pool will be flushed every month.
