Feed The World (Do They Know its Christmas) is my favourite Christmas Song!
It is sung by a British and Irish charity supergroup called Band Aid that was founded in the year 1984.
They were aiming to raise money for famine relief in Ethiopia by releasing the record “Do They Know It’s Christmas?
What is your favourite Christmas Song?

Band Aid – Feed The World (Do They Know its Christmas) Lyrics
It’s Christmas time
There’s no need to be afraid
At Christmas time
We let in light and we banish shade
And in our world of plenty
We can spread a smile of joy
Throw your arms around the world
At Christmas time
But say a prayer
Pray for the other ones
At Christmas time it’s hard
But when you’re having fun
There’s a world outside your window
And it’s a world of dread and fear
Where the only water flowing
Is the bitter sting of tears
And the Christmas bells that ring there
Are the clanging chimes of doom
Well tonight thank God it’s them instead of you
And there won’t be snow in Africa
This Christmas time
The greatest gift they’ll get this year is life
Where nothing ever grows
No rain nor rivers flow
Do they know it’s Christmas time at all?
BRIDGE:
(Here’s to you) raise a glass for everyone
(Here’s to them) underneath that burning sun
Do they know it’s Christmas time at all?
END:
Feed the world
Feed the world
Feed the world
Let them know it’s Christmas time again
Feed the world
Let them know it’s Christmas time again

Greetings,
I apologise for the delay in posting on my blog these few days.
My laptop crashed and I sent it for servicing.
I am currently using my bro’s laptop.
Talking about servicing, some children are born with congenital heart defects and require surgery to correct it, and they need a new heart this christmas.
Dr.Mani Sivasubramanian is a heart surgeon.
He lives in India and treats little children born with congenital heart defect.
Heart surgery is expensive.
Many of his patients, from poor families, cannot afford the cost of treatment.
So, Dr. Mani decided to try and fund operations.
This was a simple concept behind an online adventure that started in 1996.
Since then, Dr. Mani’s team has raised more than $130000 and funded heart surgery in 47 children, with many more to follow.
His ambitious mission is to make high quality heart health care accessible and affordable to every Indian child.

He normally raises about $25000 a year to help these children.
However, it has been a struggle this year and they’ve only raised $6,000.
That’s only about a quarter of what he usually raise and I am sure you agree that that’s not enough.
This Christmas, Dr. Mani has put together a sale with some top level products to help you to build your business.
The products are really great, but what’s better, is if you do buy something from his sale, 100% of the money is going to give children the heart surgeries they need.
You can find out more about the sale, and the mission here: http://www.chdinfo.com/2010/index2.php
Do note that this sale is only valid for 10 days, until the end of the year.
Just a $97 donation will gives you $827.70 worth of products in value!
More importantly, you will literally be saving the life of a child.

Please pass on this message to anyone and everyone you can.
Twitter it, post it on facebook, etc… whatever you can do to help.
Also – start following Dr. Mani, and find out how else you can support him.
His mission and motives are pure and he’s someone we should all be supporting.
Best regards,
Marcus

I am not a fan of Justin Bieber, but I find that the lyrics to the song is not bad.
Below is the Music video:
Justin Bieber – Pray
Oh Oh
I just cant sleep tonight.
Knowing that things ain’t right.
It’s in the papers, it’s on the TV, it’s everywhere that I go.
Children are crying.
Soldiers are dying
Some people don’t have a home
But I know there’s sunshine behind that rain
I know there’s good times behind that pain
Hey.. can you tell me how I can make a change?
I close my eyes and I can see a better day
I close my eyes and pray
I close my eyes and I can see a better day
I close my eyes and pray
I lose my appetite, knowing kids starve tonight.
Am I a sinner ’cause my dinner is still on my plate?
Oh I got a vision, to make a difference.
And it’s starting today.
Cause I know there’s sunshine behind that rain
I know there’s good times behind that pain
Can you tell me how I can make a change?
I close my eyes and I can see a brighter day
I close my eyes and pray
I close my eyes and I can see a better day
I close my eyes and pray for the broken-hearted.
I pray for the life not started
I pray for all the ones not breathing.
I pray for all the souls in need.
I pray. Can you give ‘em one today?
I just can’t sleep tonight.
Can someone tell me how to make a change?
I close my eyes and I can see a brighter day
I close my eyes and pray
I close my eyes and I can see a better day
I close my eyes and I pray
I pray
I pray
I close my eyes and pray

I would like to share with you this Youtube video that my friend posted on Facebook.
Just to share, My dad went to Mumbai, India together with his school, yesterday night for his spiritual retreat and he will only be back at the 1st week of January.
Just like most overseas trips, I would cheekily ask for something to be bought back.
This was his reply, “To bring back a lot of divine love, divine light, divine power, abundance, prosperity and energy”
Having good spiritual well being is also a form of motivation.

Here is a simple vision board that I did:
Pardon my poor design.
I am sure you can do a much better looking vision board for yourself.
Save it down as your desktop wallpaper, or print it out and paste it on your room wall to keep yourself motivated.
